Professional Fulfillment

Individual coaching can help you move forward with renewed passion if

✔   You are experiencing exhaustion, overwhelm, or dread going to work.

✔   Organizational burdens are interfering with your ability to provide quality care for your patients.

✔   You are questioning your original decision to become a doctor.

✔   You've recently taken on a leadership position.

✔   You've decided to explore a new direction in your career.

Physician burnout continues to affect nearly half of all healthcare providers, alongside growing reports of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and moral distress. Many clinicians, particularly women, also face the added challenges of balancing professional demands with disproportionate caregiving responsibilities—further straining their ability to thrive both at work and at home.

As a Master Certified Physician Development Coach, I have spent years helping physicians find personal and professional meaning, take charge of their careers, and create a life balance that works for them. Through a process rooted in self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and communication, I help clinicians reconnect with what truly matters—both in their practice and in their lives beyond medicine.

My coaching programs range from short and focused to more extensive and comprehensive. I also work with organizations to support emerging physician leaders and physicians struggling with interpersonal interaction and communication.

After meeting for a free consultation to identify the key issues you're facing and explain my coaching philosophy, we’ll decide together which coaching program would best help you reach your goals.
