Joe has been in medical practice for over 35 years concentrating on healthcare delivery to underserved and medically complex children. After struggling with professional burnout himself, he is now passionate about helping others in helping professions find joy and fulfillment in their careers. He holds an appointment as Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington.
