Learning to Say “No”

A Virtual Workshop on Setting Boundaries for Helping Professionals

Saturday, July 24th

9 – 10:30AM Pacific Time

Cost: $35

Attention all Helping and Healing Professionals!

  • Would you like to create more spaciousness in your life by pruning down activities which are not life-giving?
  • Would you like to say “no” to the next task you’re asked to take on when you know you’re already maxed out?
  • Would you like to confidently speak up for yourself without feeling resentful?

We all have difficulty setting boundaries when we encounter someone who needs our help. As helping professionals, we are surrounded by need every day. The only hope of sustaining ourselves while caring for our clients and patients is to learn how to set healthy boundaries.

Join clinical psychologist, Dr. Becky Sherman, and physician coach, Dr. Joe Sherman, for this interactive workshop where you will learn practical, easy to implement methods of setting healthy boundaries, decreasing your stress, increasing respect from others, and thriving in your practice.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Identify situations that challenge you in setting boundaries.
  • Explore the emotional and professional impact of saying “yes” too often.
  • Learn specific methods of communicating your needs.
  • Practice real-life scenarios of setting boundaries using proven communication tools.
July 24th,  9 – 10:30 AM Pacific Time
Cost: $35

Further instructions and ZOOM link will be sent after registration.

Join us and begin the journey toward a healthier balance in your life.
