This free workshop is intended for all healthcare providers seeking to care for themselves as they care for others.
Physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and all other healers are facing unprecedented challenges. The chronic stress of caring for patients and clients during the COVID-19 Pandemic has left us drained and exhausted. We must take the time to care for ourselves with compassion in order to be there for those we serve.
Whether you are a novice to mindfulness practices or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat will provide you with a review of the basic concepts of Self-Compassion, an evidence-based practice which has been shown to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual health. You will also get an opportunity to practice with fellow healers in guided meditations and receive resources for developing your own personal practice.
Workshop components:
• Learn the essential concepts of Self-Compassion.
• Participate in guided meditation practices.
• Share experiences with others

Love the sound of this workshop Joe. The 18th date suits me better, however there isn’t a tab to enrol for it. Could there be a glitch or perhaps that session is fully booked?
Sorry about that. Here is the link.
